Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Your plan will continue until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I don’t use my 1 hour of support?
If you don’t have any updates or changes for us that month, your included hour won’t go to waste. We’ll use it to run extra checks — verifying your site for errors after updates, reviewing speed performance, and carrying out additional security scans.
Can I buy extra support if I need more than 1 hour?
Yes. If you need more changes than your monthly hour allows, extra support can be purchased at £30 per hour.
Does this include website hosting?
Yes. Hosting and domain management are included if you are already a TK Web Design client. If your site is hosted elsewhere, we can discuss the best setup for your plan.
Will my website be faster?
Yes. We optimise your site with LiteSpeed Cache and server-side performance tools, ensuring quicker load times and a smoother user experience.
What happens if my website goes offline?
You’ll receive priority support. We’ll investigate the issue immediately and get your site back online as quickly as possible.
How do I request updates or support?
